In his lawsuit, Luis Santana alleges that bodyguards for the three thrashed him and stole his $3,000 camera after he took a picture of Rihanna and Chris Brown through a window from outside of the Lounge, where the couple was celebrating Brown's 19th birthday in May.
According to TMZ, the photog says he is suing for $1 million because the couple was not known to be dating then and he would have made a killing by selling photos showing them together.
