The model, 36, has signed for US giants IMG after quitting Premier Models.
She abandoned Premier, which has stood by Naomi despite her temper and drug demons.
"We're gobsmacked. Premier has helped Naomi find fame and fortune and now she walks out on us?” An insider at Premier was quoted by the Sun, as saying.
"We supported her one thousand per cent over her recent troubles," he added.
However a source close to Naomi said. "IMG has a bigger worldwide appeal." (ANI)
